1. Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

2. Non-Returnable Items For the safety of all babies, the following cannot be returned once opened: feeding accessories, pacifiers, and any item marked as final sale.

3. How to Start a Return Email us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at [your contact email].

6. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case Nuzzle will cover the cost.
