1. Acceptance By placing an order with Nuzzle, you agree to these Terms of Sale. All purchases are subject to product availability.

2. Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

3. Payment We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.

4. Order Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirmation does not guarantee availability — we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors, with a full refund issued.

5. Sales Tax Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your delivery address.

6. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing or shipped. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for post-shipment options.

7. Consumer Rights (EU/France) If you are located in France or the EU, you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
